HOW MUCH ARE HOMES IN EDMONTON SELLING FOR?

In this report, I am providing you with information on median sold prices across Edmonton and for different home types. You may be wondering why I don't just report the overall median for single-family homes and for condos. The answer is simple, how will more generic information help you? The information I provide is split by area of the city and by home type (detached, attached, apartment condo). As you will note, the median prices for each of these home types vary greatly as does the area of the city the home is in. This data may need to be further filtered for your exact situation but this level of detail will provide you with a good idea of what's happening in the market for your general category and area of the city.
